Brandi Shabaga is a contemporary mixed media artist and earth scientist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

With a love for nature sparked at a young age, Brandi was inspired to pursue a career dedicated to studying, understanding, and doing her part to protect the amazing planet we all call home; simultaneously creating art along the way. After over a decade of working in academia, she decided to shift her career focus in 2020 to allow for a re-envisioned future surrounded by, and working with, other creatives and visionaries. Brandi now splits her time between working in the studio and working in scholarly publishing.

Since her first solo show in 2022, Brandi's work is now collected by art lovers across Canada, the United Kingdom and the U.S.
